Delete your Choozible account

Deletion removes your Profile and authentication account, along with associated app data as described below.

Delete in the app

Open Profile, scroll below Log out, choose Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes account access and associated profile, balance, entitlement, comment, and saved-playthrough data.

What may be retained

Published content may remain after its connection to your profile is removed. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, moderation, and safety records may also be retained when needed for legal compliance, dispute handling, or protecting the service.

Request deletion on the web

Email privacy@choozible.com from the email connected to your account. Include your Choozible account ID if available. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

Guest accounts

Guest users can delete their current guest profile from Profile in the app. If the guest session is already lost, provide the account ID or device details available to you so support can determine whether the account can be identified.
